Production
100% Pinot Noir grapes were hand-sorted in the cellar before a direct pressing and racking, followed by a 3 week cool fermentation in stainless steel between 15 and 20°C.
Tasting notes
This wine expresses warmer 2019 vintage perfectly. Beautifully perfumed with aromas of strawberry and orange. A ripe and appealing rosé Sancerre.
