Nieto Don Nicanor Chardonnay 2016
Production
Grapes are grown on sandy loam soil. 60% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 10 months.
Tasting notes
Yellow olive colour. On the nose, aromas of white flowers and notes of citrus and tropical fruits combined with vanilla. In the mouth, it is friendly, fresh and unctuous. Elegant Chardonnay from Uco valley fruit. Restrained use of oak allows the fruit to shine through.
Food match
Great with trout, sole or seafood served in fresh and citrus style sauces. Also good with a cheese fondue!
