Señorio de Sarría Moscatel (50cl) 2017

Production

This sweet wine is made from moscatel grapes sourced from 110ha of vineyard located in the Ribera Baja region of Southern Navarra. The average age of the vines is 8 years. After crushing, the grapes undergo a low-pressure pressing process to obtain the free-run juice. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and is stopped with the addition of grape spirit.

Tasting notes

Perfumed and exotic nose of ripe stone fruit, honey, white flowers and orange blossom. Ample and sweet in the mouth with delicious viscosity, yet in no way cloying. Long and seductive, showing honeysuckle, peach and pear characters - with bright, fresh acidity on the finish.
